Reprint a SCAN Form

You can reprint a Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice (SCAN) form by accessing the SCAN Form History report, available through your online account.

Steps

  1. Log in to your online account.

  2. From the My Account tab, select Reports > SCAN Form History.

    The system displays the SCAN History. Each SCAN Form has a unique ID.

  3. Show specific SCAN Form details: Select the SCAN Form ID.
  4. Select File > Print.
